Abstract

To date, some areas of cultural processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan deviate from their natural reality and become distributors of Western culture of mimesistic (imitation, imitation) character. This weakens the National taste of the younger generation, can gradually displace the nation from the traditional original culture. Such imitation has a strong influence on the national culture, especially on the consciousness of young people, the ethical and aesthetic significance of national education decreases; some public organizations, using elements of mass culture, turn it into financial sources of the reasons why such unacceptability can be allowed. The underdevelopment of the formation and differentiation of the system of values in culture and art in conditions of national taste, public interests, impact on the mind of cyberbullying, lack of control by cultural collectives and management organizations over the penetration and spread of foreign cultural trends; isolation of public organizations and political parties from the process of cultural development; negligence of aesthetic norms and qualities.
