The article presents an analysis of sociological research data revealing the current state, key problems and prospects for the development of the entrepreneurship sector in Kazakhstan. The study reveals both positive and negative factors that have a significant impact on the ability of the domestic business community to effectively participate in solving strategic tasks of economic and socio-political modernization of the country, in building a New Just Kazakhstan.
Special attention is paid to the consequences of the shadow economy, which stifles economic growth and hinders sustainable development. The humanistic aspects of economic policy outlined in the Messages of the Head of State K.K. Tokayev are revealed. The importance of observing the principles of social justice for the successful development of Kazakhstan is emphasized.
