Abstract

According to the Concept of the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020- 2030, one of the key priorities in the field of regional and multilateral diplomacy is the further development of a comprehensive strategic partnership with the People’s Republic of China.
Currently, China is one of the leading world powers, a strategic partner of Kazakhstan and one of the few countries in the world that can provide feasible financial assistance to our country to restore the economy faced with the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic.
China’s foreign policy strategies reflect the approach of the country’s leadership to the system of international relations and global governance. China is constantly in the spotlight and arouses constant interest. It should also be noted that an important factor for the PRC determining the development of its relations with Kazakhstan is the intention to create a buffer zone between major world powers.
