Abstract

The article describes the ways of formation and maturation of the Kazakh intelligentsia of the mid-XIX–early XX centuries, the influence of socio -political, economic formations of that period on the Kazakh steppe, the influence of a new social stratum-the intelligentsia on socio-political views, positions in the philosophical and historical context. They also studied the thoughts and creative searches of Alash figures, who had a beneficial effect on the formation of a unified position of the Kazakh intelligentsia, became the center of its creativity and worldview, analyzed its influence on the formation of modern independent Kazakhstan as a state.
