This article provides a thorough examination of the role and position of women in Muslim communities, focusing on their involvement in political and public affairs. The study examines historical examples and contemporary achievements of Muslim women who have overcome cultural and societal barriers and achieved significant success on the national and international stage. Special attention is paid to Islamic teachings that advocate for a balance between family and professional obligations. Modern examples of successful fusion between career achievements and family roles are also explored. Additionally, historical figures from Kazakhstan such as Bopai Khanim and Domalak Ana are examined, illustrating the importance of respect for women in traditional Kazakh society. Finally, the conclusion emphasizes the significance of women's contribution to building a just and inclusive society.
