This study analyzes the relationship between the phenomenon of spiritual security and the concept of human development in the worldview of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi. The purpose of the study is to determine the potential of Yassawi’s teachings to counter modern spiritual threats and the spread of radical ideologies through its principles aimed at perfecting the human spirit. The article examines the philosophical content of the concept of “spiritual security,” its axiological and anthropological aspects. Furthermore, the ideas of human development, combating the nafs, moral responsibility, and spiritual perfection in Yassawi’s worldview are analyzed in a contemporary context, revealing their role in shaping the spiritual immunity of young people. The principles of spiritual education in Yassawi teachings are considered an effective mechanism for stabilizing the value system in society and revitalizing moral consciousness. The study revealed the philosophical and ethical foundations of spiritual security in Yassawi’s teachings and analyzed its significance for modern society. The article also identifies the place of Yassawi’s teachings in the processes of preserving national identity and spiritual renewal. The results of this study can serve as a scientific basis for practical programs in the fields of deradicalization and spiritual education. The value-based potential of Yassawi’s worldview offers a conceptual model for overcoming modern spiritual crises. The results of the study will enhance the importance of traditional Sufi teachings in shaping spiritual security strategies.
