Abstract

The article examines the dynamics of the moral state of Kazakhstani society in the context of political transformations during the independence period based on the analysis of statistical data for the period 1995-2025. The author analyzes the correlation between changes in the moral state index of society and key political events, institutional reforms, and socio-economic processes. The research methodology is based on the extrapolation of statistical data using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The results show that the moral state of society serves as an important indicator of political stability and effectiveness of public administration. Cyclical patterns of changes in moral orientations have been identified in connection with political cycles and institutional transformations. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the moral state index for forecasting socio-political risks and developing preventive measures of state policy.
