Мақалада құқық қорғау органдары қызметкерлерінің контрөнімді мінез-құлқының (Counterproductive Work Behavior, CWB) және сыбайлас жемқорлықтың алдын алуға бағытталған ұйымдастырушылық-құқықтық әрі психологиялық-басқарушылық тетік ретіндегі комплаенс-бақылаудың рөлі қарастырылады.
